As a participant in the program, you have access to free technical support for your device, provided by our technology partner TechConnect KC.

As a participant, we ask that you agree to our Acceptable Use Policy (click to download)
This device is provided to you as a long-term loan. As mentioned in the Acceptable Use Policy, you are required to complete a five-question survey every month to continue to use your device. Failure to complete this survey may result in you being removed from the program.
